ABOUT DARNDALE BELCAMP VILLAGE CENTRE
Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG (DBVC) manages the large Village
Centre complex which includes statutory, non-statutory and retail
outlets. We also directly provide a range of valuable community
services such as senior care, estate management and home repair and
maintenance services for older persons. DBVC has a strong commitment
to good governance, transparency, accountability, effectiveness and
value for money in all aspects of its work.
Operating from the Bell Building in Darndale Belcamp Village Centre,
DBVC is a sponsoring agent for the Department of Social Protection?s
Community Employment and Job Initiative Programme?s and is
responsible for the secondment of staff to **Apply on the website**
different sub-sponsor organisations within the local community and the
Donaghmede/Kilbarrack area. The organisation also directly employs
full-time staff through the Pobal Community Services Programme and
traded income.

Our work is funded through a combination of traded income and

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB?
A new post for the organisation, a key aspect of this role entails
planning and partnering with DBVC managers to support staff management
and development to ensure we have the confidence, competence and
capabilities to achieve our mission.
